Exchange Policy
- We do not offer product exchanges.
- If you wish to change an item, you may request a return (subject to the conditions below) and place a new order.
Return Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
- If the return is due to the customer’s preference (such as changing your mind, selecting the wrong size, color, or item), a SAR 30 return shipping fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original accessories or packaging.
Custom-Made Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order products require up to 16 business days for production.
- Slight color differences between the product photos and the actual item may occur due to lighting or screen settings. This is considered normal and is not regarded as a product defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective item, poor-quality stitching, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
- After verification, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
