Exchange and Return Policy

In our commitment to providing a clear and secure shopping experience, the following policies have been prepared to regulate the relationship between the store and the customer in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Completing a purchase constitutes explicit agreement to all the terms and conditions stated below.

First: Order Processing, Production & Shipping Policy
• All products are made to order. The production period begins after order confirmation and successful payment.
• Order processing time ranges from 14 to 16 business days minimum, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
• Embroidered abayas or custom-designed pieces require longer production time due to the precision involved. Production may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the design and order volume.
• Non-embroidered abayas require approximately three weeks (21 business days) for production before shipping.
• During peak seasons, promotions, and holidays, production time may be extended due to high order demand.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the production timeframe. Delays within the stated production period do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation.
• Size or design modifications are not permitted after order confirmation.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees will apply.

Special Notice Regarding Occasions & Deadlines
• Customers are kindly advised to place orders well in advance of special occasions or travel dates.
• The store does not guarantee delivery before a specific date unless prior written agreement has been made.
• Time constraints before an occasion are not considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
• The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after the order has been handed over.

Second: Colors & Fabrics Policy
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions or screen display settings.
• In case the selected fabric becomes unavailable, the store reserves the right to provide a very close alternative in color and quality while maintaining the overall product standard.

Third: Exchange & Return Policy
As all products are custom-made upon order:
• Returns and refunds are not permitted once production has begun.
• Exchanges are allowed only in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
Exchange Conditions
• The store must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Clear photos showing the defect must be provided.
• The store will bear shipping costs if the manufacturing defect is confirmed.
The Following Are Not Considered Defects
• Minor measurement differences within half an inch.
• Slight color variations.
• Incorrect size selection by the customer.

Fourth: Refusal to Receive Shipment
If a customer refuses to receive the shipment without a valid reason, the following will be deducted:
• Shipping fees
• Return shipping fees
• Operational costs
The customer is not entitled to a full refund as the product has been custom-made specifically for them.

Fifth: Abaya Care Instructions
To maintain product quality, it is recommended to:
• Hand wash or dry clean only.
• Do not use bleach.
• Iron at low temperature.
• Avoid wringing or directly scrubbing embroidered areas.

Sixth: Important Notes
• Special notes added to the order will be implemented subject to feasibility.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
• The store reserves the right to update policies at any time in accordance with applicable regulations
